History/Background: Here's a Wikia entry.
Personality: General Hux is one of the commanders of the First Order. He used the Stormtrooper program to create a vicious and efficient army. He is one of the First Order’s major threats to the Galaxy.

Hux is a ruthless man. He is perfectly willing to destroy five planets (an entire solar system) in order to accomplish his goals. he views his stormtroopers as tools rather than people, referring to them as numbers and calling the ones that cannot measure up to his expectations “impurities,” which he instructs Captain Phasma to “weed out.” After Finn defects, he psychoanalyses him dispassionately, as though Finn is nothing ore than a piece of machinery whose programming has malfunctioned. He views all his Stormtroopers this way, having planned out an entire program that his father pioneered (and that he perfected) that takes toddlers from their families and turned into loyal soldiers. They are dehumanized, constantly told and reminded that they are tools for their for their betters and nothing more. Any individuality shown from them outside of their interest in the propaganda Hux feeds them every day of their lives is quickly exterminated. After all, “if there is one thing a competent fighting force does not need […] it was outbursts of individuality.”

Efficiency is very important to Hux. Every soldier is calculated and evaluated, their meals and calorie intake watched and balanced to their output and usefulness as a soldier. This ensures that the First Order is functioning at maximum efficiency as directed by Hux’s theoretical calculations. He isn’t interested in a fight that drags on, thus his soldiers must be perfect fighting machines. He created the Starkiller weapon for the same reason. Hux doesn’t want a long war won over a series of confrontations; he wants a war that can be won in a single shot. Though his single shot may have destroyed an entire solar system, Hux is actually not a person prone to waste. In the book adaption of the movie, Hux is commanded by Snoke to blow up the entire solar system that the rebel base is supposed to be a part of. They don’t know what planet the base is on specifically, so Hux reminds Snoke that some of the planets may be usable. He suggests it might be better to try and discover which planet the base is on, rather than destroying resources. Snoke may have discarded this suggestion and issued a different order, but even when fighting an enemy, Hux strives to be efficient and not needlessly wasteful.

In order to function at maximum efficiency, Hux believes that discipline is paramount. Everything on his ship is treated to a rigorous schedule. Appearance also plays a strong role in upholding this principle, hence why his Stormtroopers aren’t allowed to remove uniforms unless commanded. It is also why Hux himself is always impeccably dressed in the proper First Order uniform. He considers appearance to be an essential part of discipline and crucial in maintaining order, which an efficient fighting force cannot function without.

To be head of such an army, Hux not only needs to exemplify the same order and discipline as his troops, but he also needs to be intelligent. Hux has an extensive knowledge of human psychology, which he not only used to psychoanalyze Finn after he defects, but also to program his Stormtroopers exactly how he sees fit. From their twice-daily required propaganda viewings to their Order-approved reading material to realistic and complex battle simulations, Hux has designed the perfect fighting force. This also requires knowledge of war and tactics. In Hux’s case, this experience is all theoretical, but insofar it has served him well. Not only does he create battle simulations for his cadets and stormtroopers, it is one of the factors that has allowed him rise to the rank of general at the young age of 34.

Hux is not just intelligent academically and theoretically, but he is also clever and ambitious. He knows how to navigate social situations (partially seen in his dealings with Kylo Ren and his ability to interpret the other man’s moods despite his helmet,) as well as any battle situations, having proven himself a charismatic leader with the ability to inspire an entire army and convince them that their cause is just.

Having grown up on stories of great Imperials and the Empire saving the galaxy from the Clone Wars, Hux believes it is his right to sit on the throne that rules the galaxy. This ambition justifies his actions, from what caused him to rise to general as fast as possible (as Dohmnall Gleeson says, you don’t get that high at such a young age without making some enemies,) to brainwashing an entire army from childhood to destroying an entire solar system. Hux’s belief in himself and what he is deserves never falters. He views the New Republic as weak in their pacifism and deweaponization (which, as it turns out, is one of the things that made them vulnerable to the First Order’s attacks,) and therefore unfit to govern. This, to him, is proven by the chaos and famine and war still happening around the galaxy. Hux may create propaganda for his troops, but many of the things he puts in his speeches and holocasts he also believes.

Hux’s belief is fueled by his self confidence. He knows he is smart, disciplined and cunning. He knows his strengths and this allows him to speak up when his authority or his methods are questioned. This also makes him willing to question the intentions of others, like his co-commander Kylo Ren or even Supreme Leader Snoke. He does, of course, know when to back down or to drop an argument, able to transition smoothly and easily from an argument into positive talks.

Hux is a general due to his cunning, order and intelligence. He is a formidable foe, ruthless in his determination and an unflinching belief in his own abilities. He has no tolerance for weakness or pacifism, and despises those that encourage such disorder. It is his destiny to rule the galaxy, and he’s certain to succeed by any means necessary.

Carrier: An orange tabby cat named Millicent. Thank you, Pablo Hidalgo.
Magic Weapon: stella interfector - steampunk blaster that fires off mana projectiles.
Abilities: Scattershot: The blaster can fire off anywhere from 1-5 mana projectiles at once. However, the more shots fired, the more mana it consumes.

Alchemical Augment: As the blaster shots are created from Hux's mana, Hux can use certain potions he's created with alchemy to augment his shots with minor status effects such as freezing, burning, making an enemy drowsy, etc. These potions, however, also have an affect on Hux in turn, and he suffers some version of these effects depending on how powerful the potion is. The more powerful = the stronger Hux feels the effect.

- I was hoping that, eventually, this weapon could be somehow upgraded with an attachment that would allow it to become a sniper rifle as well. Aside from that, I'll leave the rest of the weapon's potential to randomization. -
